We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

To use certain features of Clippit, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clippit. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Clippit. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Subscription Plans

Payment and Billing

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Our AI technology processes your video content to provide clipping services. This processing may include:

• Analyzing video content for optimal clip selection
• Generating transcripts and captions
• Applying styling and formatting
• Creating thumbnails and previews

We do not use your content to train our AI models without explicit consent. All processing is performed solely to deliver our services to you.

Clippit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be revoked
• Your content may be deleted after a reasonable notice period
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
